We are making it easier for you to understand us better by compiling some frequently asked questions below. If your question is not answered below, you may still contact us.
Q – Can I come and collect my post?
A – Yes – Regardless of the packages you signed up for, you can still collect post from our offices. You don’t have to sign up for our ‘Mail Collection service’ only to collect your mail. However, you will need to notify us when you are coming to pick your mail with a 1 working day notice.

Q – Can you open, scan and email me my post?
A – Another good news is that we do NOT charge extra for this unlike some of our competitors. However, you will need to give written authorisation via email. We only scan letters up to four (4) pages.

Q – Can you forward my post on to me?
A- Yes – letters can be forwarded weekly on to your UK address. Mails are forwarded by standard Royal Mail. We do not charge handling fees unlike other competitors.

Q – Do you charge for forwarding mails to me?
A- No – Letters can be forwarded on to a UK to you free of charge. Yes – letters can be forwarded weekly on to a UK address FREE OF CHARGE (if you are not on ‘Mail Collection Service – (Code FO5)’ package). Mails are forwarded by standard Royal Mail. Free weekly mail forwarding is subject to a maximum of 2kg. If you choose to have your mail forwarded to you daily or less than weekly or through your choice of courier or recorded delivery, you only pay for the cost of the postage/courier. You will be asked to pay a small mail deposit from which we will deduct these charges. We do not charge handling fees unlike other competitors.

Q – Who can use the service and what for?
A- Any business or individual may use our service for whatever purpose, as long as it’s legal. Our service is very useful for start-up business, entrepreneur, home based business, internet based business who need physical address and landline telephone numbers. Our clients include online business traders, company directors, website owners, online training providers, ebay traders, students, expats and various businesses.

Q – What kind of address will I be given?
A – A real UK business centre address (not a PO Box). The address is of our business centre office based in Chatham, Kent. The full address will be released to you when you sign-up. We do this to prevent unauthorised use.

Q – Can I use the address as a Registered Office for Companies House?
A – Yes – This is free of charge. Unlike other competitors who charge extra for this.

Q – How will you identify my mail?
A – Please ensure whoever is writing you include either your name or business name (or both) on the envelope. If you have addition business name you use, please inform us before you give it out to avoid sending back mail. Additional business names attracts a monthly charge of £5.00/name.

Q – How many different names can I receive post for?
A – We allow you to use two names free. This could be your business name and addition Trading name. If you’re using the service for personal use, perhaps your name and your partners name are free. If you have addition business name you use, please inform us before you give it out to avoid sending back mail. Additional business names attracts a monthly charge of £5.00/name.

Q- How long can you hold my post?
A – We can hold your post for as long as it’s reasonable and while you have an active account with us, as long as the amount of post and/or size of parcels/packages isn’t excessive. You will be advise via email when we can no longer hold your package.

Q – Do I need proof of Identity?
A – Yes. As operate under certain legal framework in the UK, we are required by law to verify identity of customers using our service. Two forms of ID are required for each person using the service; proof of identity (like Driving license, travelling passport, birth certificate) and proof of address (like bank statement, utility bills dated within the last 3 months etc). If you are a company, we will also need a copy of your certificate of incorporation and proof of ID and address for all Directors. Please note, if the ID:
– was issued in an EU country that’s not in the UK, it must be certified
– was issued in a non-EU country, it must be notarised
– was issued in the UK, it does not need to be certified or notarised
